Menu for the weekend meals

Hey folks, heres the menu for the weekend! We’ve taken all the allergies and dietry requirements into consideration, and planned meals so that everyone will have delicious kai!
The salads will all be presented as individual components so you can choose which ingredients you want to add to your plate, the margerine will be dairy free [the will also be butter] and the pasta will be served seperate from the pasta sauce.. so if you want lemons and salt on it you can do that!
The meals are broken down into ingredients on this menu so that you can be confident that what you’re eating is all good by you.
Each meal listed (eg lunch: pasta and dahl and salads) will be available at each meal (eg those options will be available for every lunch).
We hope that everyone will be respectful of one anothers food, and that everyone will be well fed!!


x 2 Brekkie Meals [sunday, monday]:

  • Toasts/Breads

  • Spreads (P.B., jam, honey, vegemite, hummus, margerine, butter)

  • Muesli

  • Weetbix

  • Spaghetti

  • baked Beans

  • Fruit (apples, oranges, plums, pears, banannas or whatevers in season)

  • Milks (oat, rice, soy, cow)

  • Sugar (brown)

  • Eggs (free range)

  • Black salt (the sulphery pink stuff)

  • Potatoes

  • Chick Peas

(those last 2 into baked protein cakes with black salt, instead of eggs for the vegans)

x 3 lunch Meals [saturday, sunday, monday]:

Dahl and rice:

  • Basmati Rice,

  • Red Lentils,

  • Onions,

  • Curry Spices [salt, tumeric, cardamom, cumin, garam masala]

(Mushroom pasta)

  • Pasta spirals

  • mushrooms (main ingredient)

(roast meat and veg with salad)

  • Soy Chicken (vegan, gluten free)
